Oct 14 The Charcoal Lane Cook Book

Visual Communication Design students from Deakin University worked with Mission Australia to prototype a commemorative cook book for Charcoal Lane restaurant. The publication was designed and produced within their final capstone unit (Design and Collaboration). This unit requires teams of students to work on real life projects for not for profit clients. Charcoal Lane is a social enterprise run by Mission Australia as a training facility for aboriginal and disadvantaged youth.
